This week, all three of our nurseries came together to celebrate a momentous occasion: the graduation of our preschool classes, the incredible Classes of 2025. It was a day filled with joy, pride, and more than a few tears as we honoured these remarkable little ones who are ready to spread their wings and take the next step in their journey.
Each nursery hosted its own graduation ceremony, and it was a truly magical experience. Family and friends joined us to celebrate the achievements of our preschoolers, who looked adorable in their graduation hats and big smiles.
The children sang songs they had practiced with so much excitement and pride, filling the room with their voices and laughter. Then came the highlight: the presentation of certificates. Each child stepped up to answer some important (and often gaining hilarious responses) questions:
Their answers ranged from aspiring doctors, firefighters, and artists to some very unique and creative ideas such as working in a fish tank in the City centre! These moments captured their personalities perfectly and gave everyone a glimpse of the bright futures ahead.
As if the day wasn’t emotional enough, our preschool Seniors gave heartfelt speeches about their Classes journey at nursery. From reminiscing about their favourite activities to some of their most memorable moments, each Senior took their time to tell everyone what each child would be remembered for, their words left us with full hearts (and a few tissues in hand)!
The confetti cannons marked the grand finale of the ceremony, filling the room with colour and celebration as we cheered for our wonderful graduates!
After the ceremony, the celebrations continued with fun-filled graduation parties! The children enjoyed dancing, playing with balloons, and sharing laughter with their friends one last time. A delicious BBQ-themed tea added to the festivities, with the little ones tucking into their favourite treats.
These parties were a perfect way to end their time at nursery – surrounded by friends, fun, and the people who have cared for them so deeply.
As we celebrated our graduates, the day was also filled with bittersweet emotions. For many families, nursery has been a second home, a place where their children have grown, learned, and made precious memories. Saying goodbye to somewhere so familiar and nurturing is never easy, and there were plenty of emotional hugs and heartfelt farewells.
For us, as their teachers and caregivers, it’s equally hard to say goodbye. Over the years, we’ve watched these little ones blossom into confident, curious, and caring individuals. We’ve shared their first steps, triumphs, soothed their worries, and celebrated every milestone, big or small. Their unique personalities have left a lasting mark on our nurseries, and we are so proud of the people they are becoming.
As our Classes of 2025 move on to school, we know they are taking with them not only the knowledge and skills they’ve gained but also the friendships, values, and confidence they’ve developed during their time with us.
To our graduates: You are ready for this next chapter. We believe in you, and we are so excited to see the amazing things you will achieve. Remember, your nursery family will always be cheering you on.
