Your child will spend the day in a home-from-home environment. They will explore shapes, sounds and colours and start to respond and communicate to the staff and other children.
The sensory area in the outdoor learning environment is a place for children to listen to atmospheric sounds like wind and rain as well as discovering different textures.
Our staff are on hand to support children as they start to develop their language skills. As they express what they feel, see and hear they are encouraged to share their experiences.
Imaginitive play is had using a wide range of toys and equipment. Children play indoors and outdoors and using several appropriately-resourced rooms.
Typical daily activities include singing, art activities including sand, water, outdoor play, plus time for lots of cuddles!
